Shipping Information.
Current Lead Times.
All products on this website are hand made and made to order. Some things that may affect each rings production are (but are not limited to) labor and material availability, as well as the amount of orders that I am working on. Therefore the provided lead times are estimates and not guarantees. By placing an order you acknowledge that there is a possibility of production delays. If such delays occur we will do our best to notify you. If you have any questions about the status of your ring, or if it is needed by a specific date please email me at: anellorings44@gmail.com
Standard rings that are listed on anelloRings.com will be shipped between 3-5 weeks. Custom ordered rings will be shipped between 4-6 weeks.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations.
Order cancellations are not accepted. A Refund will only be issued if there is an issue with the product, or if I mistakenly make your ring the incorrect size, and you do not want a replacement. the refund will not be issued until i receive the product back.
If there is an issue with the product, or I mistakenly make your ring the incorrect size, and you do want a replacement, I will replace it for 100% free (I will cover shipping it back to me as well). Work on the new ring will not begin until i receive the original (if expedition is needed please ask).
If you gave me the incorrect size, and want a replacement, you have to pay 75% of the original cost for the second ring, and will not be refunded for the first.
